Music licensing startup Hoopr, founded by Gaurav Dagaonkar, has secured fresh funding from The Chennai Angels in its ongoing Pre-Series A round. The round previously saw participation from Inflection Point Ventures and MeitY. Hoopr and Hoopr Smash aim to simplify legal music licensing for creators, brands, and enterprises across India’s rapidly expanding creator economy ecosystem.
