Govstream.ai has raised $3.6 million in seed funding to help US cities cut permitting delays with its AI-powered tools. Led by 47th Street Partners, the round will support expansion of its PermitGuide, Application Assistant, and First Review products that streamline workflows for staff, residents, and builders.
