A Mumbai-based startup's Founder, Kiran Shah, sparked a debate after claiming some employees began quitting day after getting salary when he began paying them on first of each month instead of 10th. He said it hampers operations and urged employees to not "ghost your employer". "Loyalty isn't a transaction," a LinkedIn user said. "Ghosting your employer isn't cool," said another.
