EasyMyTrip Co-founder and CEO Nishant Pitti has resigned from his position with immediate effect citing personal reasons. On Tuesday, Nishant had divested 1.4% stake in EaseMyTrip for ₹78 crore through an open market transaction. The company has appointed his brother and CFO Rikant Pittie as the new CEO with effect from January 1, 2025.
