Sujata Agarwal began saffron farming in a 100 sq ft room in Jharsuguda, Odisha in 2022 after learning indoor cultivation through YouTube videos. Unlike other indoor farmers, she harvests saffron not once but twice a year and sells it at ₹10 lakh per kg. After harvesting saffron, she also makes a serum and 'kahwa' from petals.

"His impact on the company, its people and...industry will be lasting, and he will be profoundly missed by his family, friends and partners," the company said. The Bengaluru-based entrepreneur founded Table Space in 2017 with Karan Chopra.

He said he recruited "the smartest people I've ever talked to" and learned how "completely dysfunctional the (US) government was". "It was a blast," he said on DOGE.

India's second-largest information technology services firm Infosys has deferred annual wage hikes to the fourth quarter of the current financial year (Q4FY25). The Bengaluru-based company last implemented salary hikes in November 2023. It had on October 17 said it was "planning" wage hikes in Q4 in a phased manner. Notably, HCLTech and LTIMindtree also skipped salary increments in second quarter.

OYO revised its policy to not allow unmarried couples to stay at its partner hotels. Couples will be asked to furnish proof of relationship during check-in. OYO said hotels can decline bookings on their judgment too. It has asked partner hotels in Meerut to ensure this with immediate effect and could likely expand this policy to other cities, PTI reported.
