Bengaluru-based C2i Semiconductors has raised $15 million led by Peak XV to solve a growing AI data centre problem: efficient power delivery. Founded by Ram Anant, Vikram Gakhar, Preetam Tadeparthy, Dattatreya Suryanarayana, Harsha S B and Muthusubramanian N V, the startup builds power solutions to help AI infrastructure scale faster and more reliably.
