BYJU'S resolution professional has moved the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) against Google to regain access to critical corporate data and essential digital systems. The lawsuit claims the data is needed to maintain operations during insolvency proceedings. NCLT recently halted the bidding process for the bankrupt edtech platform till the next scheduled hearing on August 31.
