BYJU'S Founder Byju Raveendran is planning to file a lawsuit against GLAS Trust, a trustee for BYJU'S US lenders, to seek $2.5 billion in damages. The lawsuit will counter allegations by GLAS Trust that Raveendran diverted and hid $533 million in 'Alpha' funds. Last week, a US bankruptcy court ordered Raveendran to pay more than $1 billion in the case.
