Bengaluru has climbed seven spots to be ranked 14th among the top 40 spots in the 2025 Global Startup Ecosystem Report. US' Silicon Valley tops the list, followed by New York City, London and Tel Aviv. The report said that Bengaluru-based startups raised $268 million in seed funding in 2024, and Karnataka produced 32 unicorns between 2020-2024.
