Blackstone-backed EPL Limited has agreed to merge with Indorama Ventures-backed Indovida in a deal valuing the ​combined business at approximately $2 billion (₹18,956 crore). EPL is valued at about $1.2 billion (₹11,373 crore), and Indovida is valued at about $700 million (₹6,634 crore). The merger will combine Indovida's plastics portfolio with EPL's packaging ⁠operations.
