Belgian Minister of Justice Annelies Verlinden will reportedly decide on Mehul Choksi's extradition to India after he was recently arrested in Belgium in the alleged PNB fraud case. "If Verlinden approves Choksi's arrest as legal, then the matter will be marked to a court for formal extradition proceedings,” Hindustan Times said while quoting an Indian federal investigation agency officer.
