Bajaj Auto reported record FY26 performance with standalone revenue rising 17% to ₹58,732 crore and PAT increasing 21% to ₹9,825 crore. Total volumes crossed 5 million units at 51,17,667 units. The Board recommended final dividend of ₹150 per share and approved share buyback, taking total shareholder payout to around ₹9,825 crore.
