Aviation expert Sanjay Lazar shared an open letter, claiming it's from IndiGo employees, blaming the airline for hundreds of flight cancellations. "Disruptions...were a failure of planning...Operational collapse was allowed to escalate in a way that exerted pressure on the government for extension/relaxation," the letter said. "Frontline staff became leverage in a regulatory standoff," it added.
