Asian Paints reported a 69% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit for Q4 FY26 to ₹1,172 crore, while revenue increased by around 11% to ₹9,228 crore. The company's board recommended a final dividend of ₹23 per share and fixed June 23, 2026, as the record date. Its PBDIT margin improved to 19.4% from 17.2% a year earlier.
