Apple will raise the prices of its products as the cost of memory chips has surged due to a shortage, Apple's outgoing CEO Tim Cook told The Wall Street Journal. He said that price increases are "unavoidable" as the situation has become "unsustainable". Notably, the shortage is being driven by AI-fuelled data centre demand.
