Apple has approved startup Poke as the first AI agent on its Messages for Business platform, enabling users to interact with an AI assistant directly through iMessage. Poke already offers interaction with AI assistants through text messages over SMS, Telegram, and in some markets, WhatsApp. Messages for Business was originally designed to help companies communicate with customers through iMessage.
