Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart warned that the rapid expansion of crypto exchange-traded products(ETP) could lead to widespread closures by late 2026-2027, as more than 100 new ETFs enter an already crowded market. With 126 filings in play and limited capital, he said weaker products will struggle to attract inflows and ultimately shut down.
