AI customer service startup Netomi raised $110 million in a Series C round led by Accenture Ventures, signalling strong enterprise interest in AI customer service. The firm uses advanced models to handle complex queries for companies, CEO Puneet Mehta said. The funds will reportedly boost deployments and research as it develops proactive AI agents to resolve issues before they arise.
