AI chip startup Ricursive Intelligence, founded by former Google researchers Anna Goldie and Azalia Mirhoseini, has reached a $4 billion valuation after raising $300 million in a Lightspeed-led Series A round. The startup is building AI systems that design and improve computer chips, signalling growing investor confidence in next-generation AI hardware innovation.
