AI chip startup Groq is raising up to $650 million (over ₹6,200 crore) from existing investors after signing a $17 billion (over ₹1.6 lakh crore) licensing deal with Nvidia in December, Axios reported. Existing investors have already received payouts from the Nvidia deal, with another cash distribution expected soon. Nvidia is reportedly preparing Groq AI chips tailored for Chinese market.
